     1 whole saba
     A little salt
     Half a lemon or lime
     2 tablespoons grated daikon radish

How to make :

     1. Slice the saba and rinse off all blood and mucus, then pat dry with tissue paper.
     2. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the saba fish skin-side down. Bake (ding) for 10 minutes.
     3. When 10 minutes are up, take the mackerel out, sprinkle with salt and flip it over, skin side up. Then sprinkle salt on the other side and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
     4. When finished baking, place on a plate, garnish with grated daikon and lemon, ready to serve
