Sometimes when we are grieving, a few kind words given with love and compassion can do so much to make us feel less alone in what we are going through.
This is one of the reasons I love blessings so much. They are words but much more. Behind a blessing is the power of positive intention imparting a message of strength and renewal.
In this short audio I have recorded a Native Apache blessing adapted for those who grieve. I wanted to give you the opportunity to download it and listen to it whenever you need to. Use it at the start of each day or as you go to sleep in the evening. It is my gift to you.
You can listen to it and download it here:

Your words and voice carry peace and calm to my mind. Thank you.
Thank you Maureen. Your ability to connect with others that are coping with grief and loss is truly amazing. Knowing there is someone out there guiding us and supporting us, showing us that we are not alone in this daily struggle, is comforting. -Virginia
Thank you!!!
Glad to hear your voice which bought comfort at this lonely night.
I lost my wife after a 3 year terrible struggle with cancer.
At times I do not know where to turn. On occasions it as if she never existed. Then something will stir a memory of her. Or someone will say something and the tears come to the front. You feel all alone. What I miss is just a cuddle and a kiss. All the little things she did for me, that I just took for granted. She is looking down on me. Probably worrying about what I am doing.
I have very good friends that are helping me. Thankyou to them.
pages like this help, as I know there are other people in the same situation as me.
