Radio Interview: Stepping through Grief

 I had the wonderful opportunity to talk with Andrea Hylen from Living on the Edge, Blog Talk Radio, this morning. You will find the replay of  that interview below.

In this 30 minute chat, I shared my story about the loss of my son, Stuart. We discussed how grief had affected us both,  and messages we had received from loved ones, of  hummingbirds and raffle tickets – divine interventions from 'above'.  In discussing the grief process, I also shared what steps I took to adjust to the loss of my son.  How I found meaning in my life once more and the establishment of Esdeer.
